Sober Tracker is a motivational support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, addiction treatment, or mental health counseling.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Sober Tracker Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. Sober Tracker does not directly handle or store payment information.
4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Sober Tracker cannot directly process cancellations.
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Access to Premium features continues until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the app (e.g., start date, drink cost).
- Do not use Sober Tracker as your sole source of support during a recovery crisis.
- Keep your device secure to protect the privacy of your personal journal and sobriety data.
- The Emergency Support feature is a coping tool — in a genuine emergency, contact a crisis line or emergency services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Sober Tracker application, including design, features, text, and code, is the intellectual property of the Sober Tracker Team and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sober Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including relapse, emotional distress, or any health outcomes. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
